A Bedwetter will spend most of their night in the very deepest stage of sleep, known as stage 4. The body receives less oxygen during stage 4 than it does during any other stages of sleep. Treatment involves first of all a caring and reassuring attitude. Under no circumstances should the child be allowed to lie in a wet bed.
